Bottle Perforator

A Bottle Perforator is an optional unit, whereby plastic bottles (PET and HDPE) are punctured prior to baling, this is necessary to release air trapped in the bottles. 

Perforating the bottles allows for good compaction of the material, producing solid and heavier bales, than without the perforator.

When un-perforated bottles - are baled, air is trapped in the bottles increasing the pressure on baling wires. If then the bales are stored outside for example in the sun, as the temperature rises so will the pressure potentially causing the bales to burst.
