When installation is complete the service to our customers does not end there.

In addition to adhoc breakdown response throughout the UK, we offer preventative maintenance contracts designed to ensure your recycling equipment continues to run reliably and thus reduces un-planned downtime.

Quite often simple problems can be solved with telephone assistance from a trained engineer.

We hold a comprehensive range of spares in stock and we also manufacture and carry spares for other makes of baler, many where OEM spares are no longer available.

We also can implement any necessary repairs, usually on-site, at very short notice and incurring only minimal downtime.
