When installation is complete the service to our customers does not end there. In addition to breakdown response throughout the UK, we offer preventative maintenance contracts designed to ensure your equipment continues to run reliably and thus reduces downtime due to a potential breakdown. Quite often simple problems can be solved with telephone assistance from a trained engineer. We hold a comprehensive range of spares in stock and we also manufacture and carry spares for other makes of baler, many where OEM spares are no longer available.
